For when you’re ready for more than a set program. I build your training around your body, your schedule, and your real life in the app — and I’m in your corner between workouts with check-ins and support by message. No more guessing what to do.
And because life shifts — a busy week, a rough stretch, an off day — your plan shifts with it. We build in options ahead of time, so a hard week doesn’t throw you off course. It just changes which version you reach for that day.
Live Training
One-on-one with me, in person or online
For when you want me coaching you in real time. We train together live — I’m watching your form, adjusting as we go, and working around whatever your body needs that day, pain and old injuries included. In person here in West Kendall, or online from anywhere. Same coaching either way — you just pick what fits your life.
