I’m Gwen Perez, a personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Miami, FL—offering personal training and coaching designed to fit your life.

This is personal for me.
For a long time, I thought feeling tired, stiff, inflamed, and disconnected from my body was just something I had to push through.
I tried doing more. Pushing harder. Following what worked before.
But instead of feeling stronger, I felt more exhausted, more frustrated, and further from the version of myself I wanted to be.
Living with Hashimoto’s changed everything. It forced me to slow down, pay attention, and start working with my body instead of against it. That’s when things finally started to shift.
I began focusing on building strength in a way that felt supportive—not draining. Moving in ways that reduced stiffness instead of increasing it.
Creating habits that actually fit into my life instead of taking it over. And over time, I didn’t just feel better—I felt stronger, more stable, and more confident in my body again.
Now, this is exactly how I coach.
