My approach combines muscle-building, proper protein intake, mobility work, and realistic nutrition habits to support hormone balance, reduce pain, and boost confidence. Living with Hashimoto’s taught me the power of compassion and consistency, and I bring that same mindset to every client.

Hi! I’m Gwen Perez, the heart behind FIT By GP. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I bring over a decade of experience and a deeply personal understanding of what it means to build true strength. Living with Hashimoto’s has taught me the importance of compassion, flexibility, and meeting each person exactly where they are. I specialize in helping women in their 40s and beyond feel strong, confident, and empowered through strength training, protein-focused nutrition, mobility work, and mindset coaching.
